Frame;
The frame has 1-1/8" x 18 gauge tubular steel legs.
Two 15 gauge leg brackets connect the front and rear legs with eight welds.
The radius of each leg has 180 degree continuous weld.
A 17 gauge rear support bracket for the plastic shell is attached to the rear leg tube with six welds.

Flexible Plastic Seat Shell;
The one-piece shell consists of injection molded polypropylene.
Color is evenly dispersed throughout the plastic for a clean even appearance.
The face of the shell is textured.
The shell has molded reinforcing ribs for strength.
The shell is permanently attached to the frame with six unexposed steel rivets.
