Paul First Nation, Alberta
Situated at the heart of the Paul First Nation community, this new K–12 facility serves as both an educational and cultural landmark. The school’s striking design proudly features vibrant colours, custom student-designed beadwork on the exterior, and meaningful symbolism that reflects the heritage and identity of the Paul First Nation. Inside, historic imagery is thoughtfully blended with modern, functional learning environments.
School highlights include a Learning Commons, Cultural Teepee Space, Gathering Area, Stage/Drama/Music Room, Elders Lounge with attached outdoor patio, Woodworking Shop, nine classrooms, a full-size gymnasium, Special Needs spaces, and a Commercial Kitchen providing daily meals for students. The site also features two playgrounds, two soccer pitches, a softball diamond, and a Head Start room within the elementary wing.
This $16.94 million facility was thoughtfully designed to celebrate community, culture, and learning. Spaces Inc. was proud to supply premium furnishings throughout the school, creating inspiring and flexible environments that support both education and cultural connection.
