Our team played a key role in the architectural window shading scope for the River Landing development, contributing to both the Nutrien and East Towers. Over nearly two years of dedicated collaboration, we worked closely with project stakeholders to deliver tailored shading solutions that integrated with each tower's unique architectural vision. Our expertise helped enhance occupant comfort, improve energy efficiency, and elevate the overall aesthetic—adding long-term value to this landmark project.

The Nutrien Tower, now Saskatoon's tallest building at 88 metres, offers 18 floors of modern office space. Its distinctive sloped glass façade not only enhances the building’s sleek aesthetic but also improves visibility to help reduce bird strikes. Tenants enjoy exceptional amenities, including a rooftop winter garden, advanced conference facilities, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre—creating a workspace that’s as dynamic as it is inspiring.

 

The River Landing East Tower spans 13 storeys and 180,000 square feet, seamlessly marrying contemporary design with sustainable innovation. Drawing inspiration from the river’s flow and prairie landscape, its dual-angled massing breaks up the building’s scale while framing dramatic views of the river. A fully glazed façade maximizes daylight and openness, while the two-storey podium integrates retail, cafés, and lobby areas with the surrounding public realm. Designed with efficiency in mind, the tower features high-performance glazing and systems that cut greenhouse gas emissions by 21%.
